Lucky LaMacchia's Land LLC buys and sells vacant land across Arizona — the high-elevation pine belt around Show Low and the White Mountains, where summer nights actually cool off, and the open high desert down southeast. We're adding parcels all the time.
We got into this business the same way most of our buyers get into land: we wanted a place to disappear to on the weekends. Somewhere to park the camper, build a cabin someday, or just sit in a folding chair and watch the sun drop behind the pines.
The problem was financing. Banks don't like raw land, and most people don't have $30,000 sitting around. So we built the company we wished existed — one that carries the note itself, keeps the down payment small, skips the credit check entirely, and still gives you a way out if you change your mind.
Today we hold parcels in northern and southeastern Arizona, with more in the works, and we work with buyers from all over the country. Some are building. Some are camping. Some are just holding a piece of dirt for their kids. All of them talked to a real person to get there.
